Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be:

  • Unused and unopened, with the original seal intact.
  • In the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Products damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to Illuminum.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@illuminum.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@illuminum.com and send your item to: Illuminum, 41 Dover Street, London, United Kingdom W1S 4NS.

GIFTS

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, mail it to: Illuminum, 41 Dover Street, London, United Kingdom W1S 4NS.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
